At Modway, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place all components, hardware, and manuals back into the original Modway shipping cartons.
Schedule a Pickup
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and schedule a carrier pickup or drop the package off at an authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
